About: how important is to finde what u love in your life
Do you feel unhappy? Is it normal for you to be bored? After work u don’t know what to do with yourself? It’s the best moment for the changes !
First of all- do yourself a hot chocolate and sit alone on the couch.
Next- star to thinking about what you love to do or what are you missing in your life.
It’s really easy. Maybe you need to read more? Books offer us the best possibility to develop ourselves but also give us the best possibility to rest of the people and their chatter.
No? So maybe you need to have more activities? Maybe you neglect your body?
It’s really important to have time for our bodies. If we feel good in our bodies, then we are happier !
No? So maybe you need to spend some time with your friends, family? Maybe you feel lonely? Text your friends and make some party or go to the cinema !

Remember- you have to have time for yourself. Don’t neglect yourself and your needs. Work and responsibilities aren’t most important in life.

How to move your ass and go for a workout?
I think each of you knows the feeling. We love the workouts but we do not always want to leave early from home and freeze (in winter).Or go after work to the treadmill instead of the comfortable couch
My way is a kind of dialogue with myself, I ask myself questions that give me the answer (usually, it turns out that it's worth the move).
How do I feel today?
How is the weather?
Do I want to spend another hour in bed, turning from side to side instead of jogging?
I really don't have the strength, or maybe I'm sleepy?
How will I feel after a workout?
Usually this helps and I go out of bed.
I always underline that each of us will even find in the week minimum for sport. It is not just for good-looking but for our own well-being.

About; how it is worthwhile to stick in ours decisions…
For some time, I'm on a vegan diet. It doesn’t last long time, but I have a lot of experience in listening how foolish to be a vegan is, what I'm doing ? and what I’m eating ? probably only greens! In a certain sense, yes. But only in a certain. I don’t want to convince anyone to change their diet, I just want to mark that it is worth to think about it.
A vegan diet is a high carbohydrate diet, so by definition, it should fatten. And it will but only people with a low weight. People with obesity have a great chance to lose weight (I don’t want to write, that it is at 100%, but there is plenty of evidence).
Mainly eating cereal, fruit and vegetables delivers to our body vitamin bombs and our body pays back for it. There have been studies done repeatedly, which prove that not eating animal products reduce the occurrence of cancer, and if someone is sick- it slows down.
On my own experience I already can see the changes. I have more energy, I don’t feel heavy after eating, I have more endurance during exercise and my skin condition improved.

Would you like to eat a delicious pizza, and you're on a before-New Year's Eve diet?
I have a great solution for you! It would be delicious, healthy and you will not sin! It will be just the opposite! You will eat a lot of vitamins and minerals. You will fall in love with this slim recipe. Next proof that a healthy lifestyle has a huge potential.

PIZZA ON THE BOTTOM of cauliflower
Ingredients: bottom of the pizza (whole has approx. 270 kcal)
 small cauliflower
 egg
 2 tablespoons of bran
 2 cloves of garlic
 favorite spices
 salt, pepper

Method of preparation: scrub raw cauliflower on a grater or blend it. Add the eggs, bran, garlic (crushed squeezed through), spices, and salt and pepper.

Mix all the products together. Distribute the dough on a baking tray, which should be put before baking paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, we extend our bottom of pizza. Use ketchup and add your favorite ingredients.

It will soon be Christmas. I love this time, I love Christmas decorations, Christmas tree, songs.
I especially like the old songs in the style of jazz, blues. Preferably at the beginning of December I would buy a Christmas tree and wore a sweater with reindeer. A lot of people say that the holidays are losing their charm and that you can only talk about commercialization where stores want to earn as much as possible. Maybe something in it is real, but for me the holidays are still the same and as beautiful as it was when I was little.
Because I feel Chrismas in my heart and not in the shop windows.
I wish you to be happy this holiday, and most importantly – I wish u to spent this time with your family.

Don’t sit down in front of the TV, don’t close your room. Spend this time with your closest, sing carols and talk with your family. Such moments make the most wonderful memories..
