“  If you want to make God laugh, tell him about your plans” Woody Allen

The last day of the year..

This time is the best time to make summaries and resolutions. I’m not a supporter of making plans because I often just... forget about them. But anyway I’m going to summarize this year. Maybe I will learn something about my 2013 or notice something I just forgot? 1. I met fantastic people and thanks to them every day was more interesting and just… better. 2. I spent a lot of time with my best friend, who is like a sister to me. 3. I improved my physical condition, I practiced every day except Sundays (well, maybe sometimes a hangover disrupted that routine..) 4. I visited wonderful places - my dear London, Greece, Italy, Germany 5. I experienced great parties, which I will never forget! 6. I realized a couple of important things… 7. For some time I was lost 8. But also I got back on track 9. I finished my studies!!!!!! 10. I got the internship 11. I read a lot of books 12. I created a blog;) It wasn’t the year of my dreams. But I try to remember only the good times, and as you can see - there were a lot.

Again, I’m thinking about booking a ticket to London. It's probably an addiction? I'm sick if at least once a year I won’t go there. I love this city. Since the first time I went there as a child (my first trip without parents!) - I'm gone. I love London, its unique atmosphere, open-minded and always-smiling people. Buildings, food (yes, I know that most people complain that everything what is English is greasy). What charmed me, is that London never sleeps. And there is no problem, if at 3 in the night I go to the shop in my pajamas. No one there judges you by your appearance! And most importantly - no one complains at every step, starting from the weather ending on the money. People don’t waste time at home after work, they meet friends, go out - they simply live! And this is wonderful, they are able to live a full life! Not waste time thinking about the sorrows or responsibilities.
All I need is the courage to make a decision to leave. I believe that after I graduate I will. And then I will fulfill my dreams. And I swear, I won’t bring with me to London this Polish constant complaining and dissatisfaction!

1.

I was wondering for a long time, what my first post should be about. Because, after all, I have to write here during my studies. And I have to write in English. Apparently nothing difficult as I love this language. The worst part is that I have very rarely the opportunity to use it… and when not-used it evaporates so quickly. Back to the beginning, I’ve decided to simply introduce myself. My name is Liwia, I'm 22 years old. I like winter, avocado and books, and music, and my dog and anyway, I like a lot of things just didn’t know what to include and what better to keep to myself . On this blog I want to write about myself, my life, my observations. I want it to be light and pleasant like a warm pumpkin soup, which I am just eating now. Have a nice evening! PS Today we will say goodbye to November (thankfully) and say hey to December. I love this Christmas time ...
