Would you like to eat a delicious pizza, and you're on a before-New Year's Eve diet?
I have a great solution for you! It would be delicious, healthy and you will not sin! It will be just the opposite! You will eat a lot of vitamins and minerals. You will fall in love with this slim recipe. Next proof that a healthy lifestyle has a huge potential.

PIZZA ON THE BOTTOM of cauliflower
Ingredients: bottom of the pizza (whole has approx. 270 kcal)
 small cauliflower
 egg
 2 tablespoons of bran
 2 cloves of garlic
 favorite spices
 salt, pepper

Method of preparation: scrub raw cauliflower on a grater or blend it. Add the eggs, bran, garlic (crushed squeezed through), spices, and salt and pepper.

Mix all the products together. Distribute the dough on a baking tray, which should be put before baking paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, we extend our bottom of pizza. Use ketchup and add your favorite ingredients.

It will soon be Christmas. I love this time, I love Christmas decorations, Christmas tree, songs.
I especially like the old songs in the style of jazz, blues. Preferably at the beginning of December I would buy a Christmas tree and wore a sweater with reindeer. A lot of people say that the holidays are losing their charm and that you can only talk about commercialization where stores want to earn as much as possible. Maybe something in it is real, but for me the holidays are still the same and as beautiful as it was when I was little.
Because I feel Chrismas in my heart and not in the shop windows.
I wish you to be happy this holiday, and most importantly – I wish u to spent this time with your family.

Don’t sit down in front of the TV, don’t close your room. Spend this time with your closest, sing carols and talk with your family. Such moments make the most wonderful memories..

The place I would love to visit ..
I love to travel. This is my passion, my best way to relax.
I already visited most of Europe. I have to mainly focus on this part of the world at this moment -Of course I would like to visit America but unfortunately I don’t have sufficient savings now
Now I’m focusing on something more realistic, and so I would like to explore Sicily. I'm not a big fan of Italian cuisine, on the contrary, I don’t like pasta and pizza, I'm more inclined to eat fish and salads. But Italy itself, the atmosphere, the views, people and the Godfather simply .. It attracts me.
What I would like most to see in Sicily? Here is my list:
-Cathedral On Corso Vittorio Emanuele and the Church of San Giovanni degli Eremiti.
-Town Bagheria
-Cefalu, Charming fishing town
-Ruins Temple of Apollo
-Etna
-Valley of temples
-ear of Dionysius


Of course, my list will surely expand, and as soon as I will fulfill my little dream, I will tell you how it was :)

Hi! Today I would like to encourage you to become a volunteer. Since high school I actively participate in voluntary work. At the beginning I took care of older people, I was spending time with them, taking their dogs for a walk or doing shopping. Now, I’m a volunteer in 4 foundations which take care of dogs and cats. I find temporary homes for dogs (I take the dog from the shelter and I look for a permanent home). I really want to invite you to do it too! You don’t have to do much. It will be enough just to transfer some money (even 10zł!) to the account of the foundation or, from time to time, just buy fodder. If we won’t be aware of what is happening in the world - no one will help them. Animals are helpless, they need our help. I especially recommend you Animalia foundation, Anaconda, SOS for Dachshunds and Dachshund anyone's. Believe me, it really gives a lot of satisfaction when you can find a new home and a loving owners for a dog or a cat.

Holidays are already getting closer! I don’t know how about you, but I plan my vacation only until May. I don’t like to think about free time much earlier because it’s making me restless and impatient. If I start to plan my holidays… from that moment my thoughts revolve only around this subject. This summer I'm going to rest. I want to recharge, relax. I want to start thinking about myself and about my loved ones. I don’t want to chase anywhere or anything. I want to find a cool job. At the beginning of the holidays I’m going to the mountains - my dad is going to celebrate his 50th birthday and he is doing a party for 30 people. Later, like always, I’m going to visit London. Ahh I can’t wait! At the end I will go to Turkey - I love their food! and sweets... I don’t know if there are better sweets anywhere else... I think I’ll also go for a couple of trips with my friends - spontaneous trips to Pobierowo or Nierzym. I'll definitely participate in several concerts and marathons. Unfortunately, right now it is hard for me to concentrate on learning and on other duties...

Hi! Today I would like to recommend to you some little things which are still in my house, and it has been a couple of years. I’m totally addicted and I can’t imagine relaxing without these things. And what am I talking about? About candles! I love candles, especially those of Yankee Candle, Kringle Candle and Woodwick. I can’t find the one company that I like the most. Each has a scent that I love. If you don’t want to immediately buy a large candle, which is expensive, I recommend waxes. With Yankee Candle scents - I love chocolate (Limited Edition) With Kringle - I recommend a smell of hot chocolate, rain, plums and berries. Woodwick candles make sounds of burning wood in the fireplace. This is awesome! I love that sound - it relaxes me, incredibly. All scents are beautiful! I think their waxes are the most durable and most efficient. I would like to recommend it again and again, and again!

Hi! Today I would like to convince you to read the new part of the Bridget Jones book.
I don’t know how about you, but I love this woman. 
Since the moment I read the first part (I was in elementary school), 
I go back from time to time to these books. I remember when I read it a second time, a few years later and I discovered it once again. I feel that Bridget is my soul mate, 
I love her way of thinking, her hopelessness, helplessness. 
We have a lot in common- all the time something happens to her and to me too, 
I'm also a total slouch, and I have the same sense of humor. 
When I found out that a new part was published.. I was soooo happy! 
You have to read it! It turns out that women in their fifties also can be pretty twisted and crazy! 
I wish you a lot of smiles and joy while reading this book!

Hi! Today I want to write something about the benefits of drinking... water. This is a very trite subject and has been mentioned by many people in many places, especially in breakfast TV and generally in the media. In the past I wasn’t as crazy as I am now about drinking water. I drank it, but the sparkling one. Now, since I do my workouts regularly, I pay attention to the amount of water I consume during each day. I'm trying to drink about 2 liters per day. Rehydration of the body is very important! I've noticed that drinking water makes me less... sleepy. I just drink a sip of water and immediately my concentration increases. It is something essential for me during classes or difficult days. What to do if you don’t like the taste of water? I personally recommend to add to it the juice of freshly squeezed lemon or vitamin effervescent tablets. Then the water gets tasty and immediately it is easier to drink the required amount thereof per day.
So from today - we drink water instead of juice or other drinks that are full of sugar!

Hi! Today I want to write something about my beliefs, views which have radically changed over the last few years. As I wrote earlier, I love jogging. But this is not the only thing that I do. I love to ride a bike, I love to practice CrossFit. Generally - sport gives me a lot of pleasure and self-confidence. But it wasn't always like that! I couldn't always find the pleasure in this 'getting tired routine'. Once, I gave up on sport and I still wanted to lose weight through the different diets (ah the teenage years!). But recently I realized that I changed how I think about it. I don't like thinness, leanness, I like athletic body where the muscles are visible. I don't like the model figures but rather the athletic ones. And I aspire to have one and it inspires me to take care of my own body. Maybe a model has a 'perfect' skinny figure but she can't even do five push-ups! The strength you get and fight with yourself that you have to do, that is what turns and motivates me recently! I wish all of you to find the pleasure and the enjoyment in sport!

Today, time for another recipe. Very tasty and very sweet! And what is the most important- healthy.
Ingredients: • 200 g of cranberries • 200 g of almonds • 100 g of sesame • 4 tablespoons of honey • 2 eggs
1 Crush almonds 2 Mix them with cranberries and sesame seeds. 3 Add honey (must be liquid) 4 Mix everything 5 Beat eggs 6 Add eggs and mix everything well 7 Lay off form on the baking paper 8 Pour mixture into mold and shape it 9 Bake 25 minutes at 180 degrees 10 Wait for it to cool down 11 Cut in the form of bars
All ingredients are very healthy. They are also perfect for the end-of-term examinations because they help us to think and memorize. Good luck!

Girls inspired me. I decided that my next post will be about food. Because I... I love to eat! I love to look for new recipes on the Internet. As I try to eat healthy and if possible - stick to the principles of the Paleo diet (no, I'm not dieting) I decided that I will describe to you one of the tastier and simpler recipes, consistent with this diet.
And here it is: bread without flour!
Ingredients: 1 cup of sunflower seeds 1 cup of linseed 2 cups of rolled oats 0.5 cups of almonds 11 tablespoons of ground flax 1 tablespoon of salt 6 tablespoons of coconut oil 1.5 cups of lukewarm water
And….
1 Mix the dry ingredients. Add water, oil and mix all. 2 Let it stand for an hour to absorb. 3 Dough must be dense and compact. 4 Shape the bread. 5 Put in the oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes

Again. Again, I'm tempted. I didn’t write here about how much I love tattoos yet. I'm completely in love. I remember when one colleague of mine told me that ‘there is no person with only ONE tattoo’ that it is addictive. I didn’t believe. And now I'm the best example. Every time I have a moment I'm looking for an interesting inspiration on the Internet. I can always find something. On my computer you won’t find music or photos from parties and trips. You will find pictures of tattoos. Mainly. I did my first tattoo when I was 16 years old. Now, at this moment I have 6 tattoos but I’m already getting ready for the next 3.
I personally highly recommend doing tattoos. But not as a desire to impress someone. I do tattoos that have a meaning for me. Each one means something. They remind me of something important. I know there are supporters and opponents. But I’m totally addicted!

During the run you can completely turn off and clear your mind, and forget about the problems and difficult moments. 7. After a few weeks you will see improvement in your physical condition. 8. Running is considered one of the most demanding forms of physical activity.
