My friends often ask me: what do you see in this jogging? What's so uncommon about it? Why am I talking about it so much? For most people, running is drudgery and boredom. For me, it's an addiction! After all, it's so simple! Put on your shoes and run ahead! 1. Running's free! The only expense is shoes - which are worth investing your money in. 2. Running is available for almost every person! 3. This sport is easy and doesn’t require any advanced knowledge 4. Running strengthens the heart, improves cardiovascular and respiratory efficiency. 5. Running helps to improve overall health! 6. During the run you can completely turn off and clear your mind, and forget about the problems and difficult moments. 7. After a few weeks you will see improvement in your physical condition. 8. Running is considered one of the most demanding forms of physical activity.

Get up off the couch!

  2. I want to write move your ass! All couch occupants! But it will be better to write let's try it! I recommend for everyone who don't have any contraindications! :) But remember, you must chose a good running shoes, it's important to protect your feet and spine
