Girls inspired me. I decided that my next post will be about food. Because I... I love to eat! I love to look for new recipes on the Internet. As I try to eat healthy and if possible - stick to the principles of the Paleo diet (no, I'm not dieting) I decided that I will describe to you one of the tastier and simpler recipes, consistent with this diet.
And here it is: bread without flour!
Ingredients: 1 cup of sunflower seeds 1 cup of linseed 2 cups of rolled oats 0.5 cups of almonds 11 tablespoons of ground flax 1 tablespoon of salt 6 tablespoons of coconut oil 1.5 cups of lukewarm water
And….
1 Mix the dry ingredients. Add water, oil and mix all. 2 Let it stand for an hour to absorb. 3 Dough must be dense and compact. 4 Shape the bread. 5 Put in the oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes
Enjoy it!

    I will try it because I decided to get more healthy in this year and I want to eat less junk food and bread without flour sounds great!! :))

  5. Yes, You and my colleague from work, you are my inspiration to prepare a... BREAD! I'll do it, I promiss. This sunday :) I'll write about it with the recipe which I'll found, I hope :)
