PIZZA ON
THE BOTTOM of cauliflower
Ingredients:
bottom of the pizza (whole has approx. 270 kcal)
small
cauliflower
egg
2
tablespoons of bran
2 cloves
of garlic
favorite
spices
salt,
pepper
Method of
preparation: scrub raw cauliflower on a grater or blend it. Add the eggs, bran,
garlic (crushed squeezed through), spices, and salt and pepper.
Mix all the
products together. Distribute the dough on a baking tray, which should be put
before baking paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, we extend our bottom of pizza. Use ketchup and add your
favorite ingredients.
