WEGAN Finnish baked pancake
INGREDIENTS: (for traditional plaque)
2 cups flour
4 tablespoons cornstarch
teaspoon baking powder
half a cup of sugar
pinch of salt
2 cups milk plant
We combine the ingredients listed (it is the best to mix it
all).
Oven set to 220 degrees. We put the teaches pan with baking
paper and pour the batter into it.
We bake it for approx. 25 minutes.
After removing from oven, we cut it into squares and serve
with what we want.
‘Pannukakku’ we eat in both fresh and salt. Jams, cream,
sprinkles, icing sugar and vegan pesto, hummus, pastes and sauces - everything
is welcome.
