WEGAN Finnish baked pancake
INGREDIENTS: (for traditional plaque)
2 cups flour
4 tablespoons cornstarch
teaspoon baking powder
half a cup of sugar
pinch of salt
2 cups milk plant

We combine the ingredients listed (it is the best to mix it all).
Oven set to 220 degrees. We put the teaches pan with baking paper and pour the batter into it.
We bake it for approx. 25 minutes.
After removing from oven, we cut it into squares and serve with what we want.

‘Pannukakku’ we eat in both fresh and salt. Jams, cream, sprinkles, icing sugar and vegan pesto, hummus, pastes and sauces - everything is welcome.

About: how difficult it is to stay wegan when people around u  are totally, 100% against it and dont understand you.

Im wegan and i can’t imagine to live in the other way now. Im happy, i have a lot of energy, i have perfect blood results. I can eat delicious food, create it in my way, discover new open-minded places. But what about people around me? That’s the problem. Not a problem like ‘problem’ but i don’t feel like going out with them to eat something or to discous about my wegan life. I hate when people think they are the smartest, they know everything even when they know.. nothing.  People often look at me with this stupid smile when I say that I do not eat animal products. In Poland it still something new and strange. This week the Stary Browar shopping center organizes week WEGE. Its really nice news for me because it says that maybe it is still hope for opponents..   :) Its really important to talk about it and to educate people.

Responsibility

From the moment when he is with me, Caramel, I became more responsible. I feel a bit like his mother. Have you ever wondered about who you are for your pet? thinking over the longer about it - for our pets we are all heir world. We have our friends, family, responsibilities. And our dog has only us. He is waiting for us, thinking about us. There are some research about it, they say that when our dog see us, he feels like some kind of endorfins, love. Its something special and i don’t understand how people can feel okey with leaving their dog alone for whole day. With my Karmel Im teaching how to be more responsi ble, how to plan my day perfectly. Its really important.

quickly passing time

Recently, I have the impression that time is running through my fingers. Not so long ago we started our Master Degrees.  And now practically we are finishing them. For me, this means the end of his student days. Honestly, this is a turning point for me in some sense and some degree. I remember my removal to Poznań, my first crazy night here, first returns in the morning, first exams and stress. I ca’'t believe that I have done with it all. Its lil bit sad. We can say that this means the end but also a new beginning. I hope to be happy in this ‘ new way’ :)

Do you go to the gym?
Do you also like most bet on the treadmill and bike?
It’s the best time to change it.
Most women think that they will slim down and carve theirs figures only doing cardio.
It’s not true!
Cardio is needed. But thanks to the forced,weight training you have the opportunity to have lifted buttocks and slim muscular stomach. I highly recommend personal training.
Thanks to the experienced person, you can quickly achieve great results.
Don’t be afraid of weights!
Don’t be afraid of machines at the gym!
Try something now!

About: how important is to finde what u love in your life
Do you feel unhappy? Is it normal for you to be bored? After work u don’t know what to do with yourself? It’s the best moment for the changes !
First of all- do yourself a hot chocolate and sit alone on the couch.
Next- star to thinking about what you love to do or what are you missing in your life.
It’s really easy. Maybe you need to read more? Books offer us the best possibility to develop ourselves but also give us the best possibility to rest of the people and their chatter.
No? So maybe you need to have more activities? Maybe you neglect your body?
It’s really important to have time for our bodies. If we feel good in our bodies, then we are happier !
No? So maybe you need to spend some time with your friends, family? Maybe you feel lonely? Text your friends and make some party or go to the cinema !

Remember- you have to have time for yourself. Don’t neglect yourself and your needs. Work and responsibilities aren’t most important in life.

How to move your ass and go for a workout?
I think each of you knows the feeling. We love the workouts but we do not always want to leave early from home and freeze (in winter).Or go after work to the treadmill instead of the comfortable couch
My way is a kind of dialogue with myself, I ask myself questions that give me the answer (usually, it turns out that it's worth the move).
How do I feel today?
How is the weather?
Do I want to spend another hour in bed, turning from side to side instead of jogging?
I really don't have the strength, or maybe I'm sleepy?
How will I feel after a workout?
Usually this helps and I go out of bed.
I always underline that each of us will even find in the week minimum for sport. It is not just for good-looking but for our own well-being.
